All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. WARRANTY ON ALL EQUIPMENT:
All equipment comes with a 30-day warranty from the date of invoice. This warranty covers malfunction and manufacturer’s defects only (parts, labor, and shipping not included). The warranty is void if the equipment is damaged due to improper use.

Obtains a return authorization number issued by the company.
Ships the damaged or defective product to the company under that authorization number, with the original packaging and the tracking number of the carrier that originally delivered the equipment.
The company will issue company credit only for returns. No refunds will be provided. If there are chargebacks or stop payments, this warranty will be void. The receiver must be present upon the arrival of the merchandise. Any damage due to shipping should not be removed from the original packaging and must be reported to RejuvaScalp.com at [email protected] within 24 hours. Claims for damage not reported within 24 hours will not be honored.

All RejuvaScalp part and accessory sales are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you are ordering the correct item before finalizing your purchase. IMPORTANT RETURN SHIPPING NOTE:
RejuvaScalp.com strongly recommends that you ship your return with insurance using FedEx or UPS carriers. If there is any damage to the item upon return, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to assess a restocking/repair fee to be subtracted from your return amount. RejuvaScalp.com will not be responsible for damage during return shipment. It is the responsibility of the sender to file a damage claim with their chosen carrier. Any shipment that is refused by the carrier without first contacting RejuvaScalp.com may be subject to a restocking fee if the item is used and/or our cost for shipping, whichever is greater.
