My Why

My name is Guslene Bubak, and I have over 15 years of experience as a hair care specialist, stylist and trichologist. I believe that your unique strengths are the building blocks for your most fulfilling life. Equipped with a Bachelors in Psychology (Human Behavior), and certified as a Behavioral Technician (ABA Therapist), as well as Board Certified Mindset Life Coach, I am currently in the process of obtaining my Masters in School Psychology. 

After more than 10 years of corporate experience, my life completely changed. I left my job as an Assistant director and started to pursue my career as a full-time cosmetologist and mindset coach. With an overpowering desire to share my passion with others, I’ve fully embraced coaching as well as caring for and styling hair as my calling.

From enhancing emotional regulation skills, to developing mindset strategies, and coping mechanisms, I help my clients with so much more than just fixing hair. These skills enable them to cope with the ups and downs of business ownership and work environments.

Behind the chair, in each intimate, private session, I stand behind my client, allowing for a sense of ease and comfort as they open up and share extremely personal details with me. The mirror creates the illusion of distance while further amplifying the environment to figuratively and literally let their hair down. 

✨Questions I pose as a stylist are similarly aligned to what therapists but in a different physical stance. My job as a mindset coach allows me to hold my clients accountable while activating them to make positive changes. 

I AM DEDICATED TO HELPING each person I work with to see progress both internally and externally in their lives. My clients make strides in work, love, and play while also allowing themselves to enjoy the process more. Through mindset shifts, accountability, and positive psychology tools, each walks away in a more guided direction and a boost of confidence!
